Software Support Technician

This is an entry level role into the technical side of the company.

The candidate will be responsible for providing first class support for the ICRTouch software products, which will involve liaising with our commercial Partners rather than end users. This could by by phone, email or through our support forum. The job could also involve order processing, software testing, graphic design, website design or customer training.

A good understanding of PCs and PC software is a must, no previous EPoS software experience is necessary. However the following would be seen as an advantage:

  • Experience using EPoS at management level
  • Experience of ICRTouch EPoS software
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Experience or interest of Ul testing
  • Experience of System Administration

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 at our Sandown office. A great opportunity to start a career with ICRTouch, many of our technical support staff are able to grow their careers and progress into other areas of the business.
